All CrossFit workouts are based on everyday movements, and include a combination of gymnastics based movement, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
Workouts vary each day and aim to get the maximum amount of work done in the shortest time. By keeping intensity high you can preform more work in less time this combined with a constantly varied approach will help to lead to dramatic gains in health and fitness.
The second key element of CrossFit is the social, team spirit. CrossFit is underpinned by motivating others, resulting in an encouraging atmosphere in classes to help to achieve your goals. As a gym, we will also host a range of social events to encourage this social community element.
