Our Services
Sinead is a highly experienced musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapist. Following 5 years working within the English Institute of Sport with GB Olympic & Paralympic athletes, Sinead has moved back home and is currently working within Sport Northern Ireland Sports Institute. As an ex-athlete herself and having competed in the Commonwealth Games for Northern Ireland, Sinead understands the physical demands of high-level training and therefore can help with that 'niggle' that just won't go away or work closely with you to improve your performance.

Injury Assessment and Treatment
Your Physiotherapist will complete a thorough assessment of your injury and provide you with the advice, treatment and rehab plan to restore you to your previous function. This is not just for sports injuries. Everyone who is struggling with pain or loss of function can benefit from a physiotherapy assessment and treatment.

Sports Massage
A treatment technique that is great at relieving aches and pains that build up throughout the day. To help you recover from intense training or to relieve that tired aching neck or back after sitting at your computer all day, book in for a sports massage

Functional Movement Screening
Are you aiming to improve your performance in sport? Functional movement screening aims to identify imbalances in mobility and strength using a series of functional movement patterns. Once these deficiencies have been identified, your physiotherapist will design an exercise programme to aim to reduce the risk of injuries and ultimately improve performance.

Acupuncture & Dry Needling
One of the many skills employed within Regain Physio as part of an integrated approach to the management of pain and inflammation. Acupuncture & dry needling can reduce pain by stimulating the brain and spinal cord to produce natural pain-relieving chemicals. These chemicals assist the body’s healing processes and offer pain relief as a precursor to other treatments such as exercise.
