Equip CrossFit is a facility with the community at its centre. Set on the Saintfield road Carryduff, it delivers exercise classes which are suitable for all levels of ability, from those who have never exercised to elite athletes. Equip CrossFit goes beyond simply delivering classes - it is the sense of community, friendships and team comradery which makes this place different.  The vision of Equip is to empower all of the community including those specific groups which need exercise as medicine such as Stroke survivors, people with mental ill health and older adults

The purpose built facility has ample on site parking, shower and kitchen facilities and a large gym area.
