What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a fitness program that is made up of “constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity” 

It incorporates weightlifting, gymnastics, running and much more, using a variety of equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, pull up bars, rowers, bikes, etc.  

Classes are coach led and each workout in scalable to suit the fitness level and ability of each individual taking part. CrossFit is for EVERYONE.

Do I need to be fit?

Absolutely not, we are here to help you become a healthier, fitter you. We will meet you where you are, give you the tools and expert coaching to become fitter and empower you to keep coming back.

Do I need to do fast track or Bootcamp before I join? 

We recommend for anyone that has not done CrossFit previously completes either the beginners fast track sessions or the beginners bootcamp. We find that by completing one of these it sets you up better for stepping into regular class. To find out more click here  

How often should I come? 

Typically our members come between 3-5 times per week. We find that coming consistently 3 times or more per week allows for better results. That being said for those that play sport or other commitments we do have a 2 x week membership.  
However our coaching team will be sure to guide you in the right direction.  

I'd like to bring a friend, is that ok?  

Absolutely! Fitness with friends is so much fun and we love to welcome new people into our community, they can find out more information here.

Can I Bring my Kids? 

Certainly, we have a reception area with WIFI where your kids can chill out while you workout. Alternatively if your child is in a buggy or pram we are happy to provide you with a suitable space in the gym where you can enjoy a workout and keep an eye on your little one.
